Niles Community Schools is opening its building to walkers this winter.

Indoor walking will begin Monday, Nov. 10 and conclude Thursday, March 26.

Here is a list of buildings and walking hours:

• Ring Lardner — 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday

• Ballard Elementary — 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday

The buildings will not be open for walking during Thanksgiving, winter and spring breaks.
