Moroz the right man for the job

Not being a politically inclined individual, I found it interesting to find myself knowing a person, (this person being Mike Moroz) long before he threw his hat into the State Representative arena.

I was near certain that all persons in the political world smiled as a good front for whatever else thy were up to and busied themselves with agendas without regard to altruism. This view likely dominates my mind because I honestly believe that there is not much natural good about us as individuals unless we humble ourselves to realize the good that we can bring about if we believe that we are here by design and are purposed for servitude to our fellow man.

That being said, I’ve known Mike since the Underground Railroad Society of Cass County purchased the Bonine House in 2010. Our household is pretty embedded in the affairs of the URSCC and we have worked with Mike Moroz on many occasions. He is a hard worker, observant of human character, and insightful of how things progress. But perhaps what is most inspiring is that he is a humble guy who hauls a lot of boxes and cleans the building whenever needed. That impresses me.

Oh, and yes, I have heard a platform speech or two of his and fairness is at the top of his personal agenda. In a world where there is tremendous imbalance in the area of fairness, that impresses me. I feel like I can trust him. (Did I say that about a politician?)
