At Portage Central

Niles lost to Portage Central on its home turf 25-18 and 25-19 Wednesday night.

“I was very pleased with the way they played,” Schaller said. “We put In hard work at practice yesterday and it showed tonight. The girls did fantastic recovering from the block and were spot on with their defense.

“What got us in the end were our attitudes. If we can conquer the mental game of volleyball we will be able to win our last two games of the season.
