The people of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Dowagiac at 306 Courtland Street wish to thank everyone in our community who has contributed to our ongoing mission we call “St. Paul’s Saturdays.”

This ministry provides a free community meal once a month and a good pantry with a good selection of products that our neighbors may choose as they have need.

We thank the people of Holy Maternity of Mary Church and the Rev. Kevin Covert, their pastor, for years of unfailing generosity in time, talent and treasure to help ensure this ministry’s ongoing presence in Dowagiac.

We thank all the members of various community agencies who give of their time and resources once a month to serve the needs of others.

The staff and owners of the Wood Fire have been supportive notably in their provision of a high quality free meal to more than 100 people who enjoy this time of fellowship providing nourishment for both body and soul.

We look forward to many more years of service to this community through this and other venues to which the Holy Spirit may be calling us to “Come and see.”
