SOUTH HAVEN — The Dowagiac golf team moved up a spot and finished seventh at the Wolverine Conference jamboree hosted by South Haven Wednesday.

Plainwell won the jamboree with 191 points. Sturgis was second at 204 and host South Haven third at 220.

The Chieftains finished with a score of 246, seven strokes better than Vicksburg.

Kelsey Smith led Dowagiac with a 56. Hailee Green shot 60 and Heather Olson 61.
