Denny Lee Engdahl Jr., 40, of Niles, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Lakeland Hospital in Niles.

Denny was born on March 8, 1974, to Denny and Sharon (Eisle) Engdahl in South Bend, Indiana.

After high school Denny worked at Universal Forest Products until his health prevented him from continuing. Denny enjoyed time to himself and was an accomplished artist; he loved pencil drawings and enjoyed sharing that with his family. He also enjoyed mud bogging with the “Bustin’ Loose” group.

He is preceded in death by his mother Sharon Engdahl and survived by his father Denny (Judy Rohlfs) Engdahl Sr. of Niles; daughters Paula Tweedy, Kaylee Engdahl and Jayden Engdahl all of Niles; grandson Syles Hodge; sister Lorie Engdahl of Niles and nieces Mercedes Kelly and Alexia Engdahl.

Services to honor Denny’s life will be held on Monday, July 28, 2014, at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel beginning at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior.
