Ray Lee Carter, of Niles, died Thursday, June 26, 2014. Ray retired from C&S Machine in 2012. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, June 30, at Bethel Tabernacle in Niles. The funeral will begin at 6 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles.
