The Niles baseball team split a non-league doubleheader from visiting Bridgman Saturday.

The Vikings defeated the Bees 8-0 and lost 1-0.

Tate Rudlaff tossed a three-hitter in the opener for Niles.

Taylor Weldy was 2-for-4 with a double and a triple, while Jordan Ham was 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles.

Logan Ortiz-Leonard and Tate Brawley also doubled.

In the second game, Bridgman’s Tyler Gnodtke tossed a three-hitter.
