Bowl for Kids’ Sake, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Berrien and Cass’ annual fundraising campaign, will end on Saturday May 3 with a thank-you bowling party at Joey Armadillo’s in Niles from 1 to 3 p.m.

All funds raised will go directly towards matching children who live in Berrien and Cass County with Big Brother and Big Sister volunteer mentors.

When participants turn in $125 in funds that they have raised for BBBS, they will enjoy an outing with friends, family or coworkers, complete with free refreshments and two hours of free bowling, in addition to an opportunity to win one of many door prizes.

This year, Big Brothers Big Sisters expects over 100 bowlers and many local companies to participate. Bowl for Kids’ Sake provides critical funding by bringing in over 15 percent of the organization’s annual budget. All proceeds remain local as the organization matches qualified mentors with waiting little brothers and sisters and provides professional match support as the relationships grow.
