WHITE PIGEON — The Brandywine softball team scored 18 runs on 18 hits in sweeping White Pigeon Monday.

The Bobcats won the first game 15-3 in five innings and then completed the sweep with a 5-3 win in the second game, which was shortened by rain.

Kelly Harper doubled twice and picked up the win in the first game for Brandywine.

Aryalynn Lasane also had a pair of doubles.

Morgan Crocker tripled and tossed a three-hitter in the second game for the Bobcats. Harper also tripled.

At Centreville

CENTREVILLE — Centreville was no match for the bats of visiting Brandywine Tuesday.

The Bobcats scorched Bulldog pitching for 33 hits and 32 runs.

Sam Bell tripled and doubled in the first game, while Lasane doubled and Maranda Smallmon tripled. Michaela Hartline added a home run.

In the nightcap, Michaela Hartline collected a grand slam and a triple, while sister Makenna Hartline doubled.

The Bobcats also got doubles from Harper and Crocker.
