Reading Lock-in and Movie

Join the Cass District Library for a fun filled afternoon at the reading lock-in and movie program on Monday, March 31, at the Main Branch of the Cass District Library.

Pizza, snacks, and drinks will be provided at noon for lunch. Following lunch, the library will show a family movie about dinosaurs at 1 p.m.

After the movie, there will be free time to read and relax. Popcorn and drinks will be available during the afternoon.

This program is free and open to the public. Call the library at (269) 445-3400 for the specific movie title or any other questions. The main library is located at 319 M 62 North, Cassopolis, MI, 49031.

Teddy Bear Visits the Library

The fun continues at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, April 1, at the Teddy Bear Visits the Library program. Children should bring their furry friend to this special story hour at the Mason/Union Branch. Children and their stuffed animal pals will enjoy stories and activities, and then stuffed animals will spend the night at the library.

Patrons can then come back the next day to pick up their animal friends as well as a photo album with pictures of what their animals did overnight at the library.

This program is geared toward preschool and early elementary aged children. Those with questions should call the Mason/Union Branch at (269) 641-7674. The Mason/Union Branch is located at 17049 US 12, Edwardsburg, MI, 49112.

Family Board Games

The library will host a family board game program from 2 to 4 p.m., on Friday, April 4 at the Edwardsburg Branch.

Popcorn, water, board games and Legos will be provided by the library.

Enjoy playing with Legos or playing board games with family and friends.

Patrons are welcome to bring your own board games to play or share as well. This program is free and open to the public. The Edwardsburg Branch is located at 26745 Church St., Edwardsburg, MI, 49112.
