Scoring 10 points in the first half against one of the Big 16’s best teams isn’t going to get the job done.

Niles found that out the hard way Friday night.

Visiting Kalamazoo Central (13-2) outscored the Vikings 30-10 in the first half and rolled to a 70-38 West Division victory.

Asia Robeson led the Maroon Giants with 14 points, while Arjanae Morgan added 11.

Niles was led by Jaiden Rolan’s 14 points. Jazmin Brann added nine.
