Quick start leads Eddies to victory

Host Edwardsburg outscored South Haven 14-2 in the first quarter en route to an easy 48-30 Wolverine Conference West Division girls basketball victory Monday night.

The Eddies led 27-10 at halftime and 43-11 heading into the final quarter.

Olvia Hack and Alexis Blake both scored 11 points to lead Edwardsburg (8-4, 5-2 West). Savannah Dixon finished with nine.

Bobbie Goodwin and Alaina Johnson each had five points for the Rams.
