BENTON TOWNSHIP — The Lake Michigan College Napier Avenue Campus will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday for extended registration hours.

The extended registration days are being offered for the convenience of students after the college was closed Monday and Tuesday due to weather conditions. The new semester begins Monday, Jan. 13.

“We know the weather has been a burden on many people in the area. Adding the extra days of class registration on the Napier Avenue Campus is another way to keep our services accessible to students and the community,” LMC Vice President of Student Services Dr. Clint Gabbard said.

The extended hours at the Napier Avenue Campus are being offered in addition to regular hours at all of the college’s locations. The college will have a team of people available for advising, assistance with financial aid paperwork and assistance with class registration. The college is also waiving late registration fee for anyone who completes the registration process by Sunday.
