Brandywine tops Cassopolis for Bangor title

BANGOR — The Brandywine girls basketball team remained undefeated with a 46-24 win over Cassopolis in the championship game of the Bangor Holiday Tournament Saturday night.

The Bobcats (6-0) outscored the Rangers (4-2) 36-14 over the first three quarters to pick up the victory.

Makenna Hartline, Michaela Hartline and Tammy Lee all had seven points for Brandywine, which was led offensively by Makena Bowen’s 11 points.

Ky’ana Buck led Cassopolis with six points. Kaylyn Forrest and Janye Butts both finished with five points.
