Guy True, 87, of Pokagon Township, passed away on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 at Lakeland Hospital in Niles.

Guy True was born on Dec. 6, 1926 in Pokagon Township to the late Edmond and Florence (Libey) True.

On April 6, 1944 he married the love of his life Frances (Parker) True in Osceola, Ind.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers; Elwyn True, Eldon True and Lester True.

Guy is survived by his wife, son David True of Pokagon, three daughters; Linda (Kenneth) Marsh of Dowagiac, Nancy Dillon of Niles, Cindy (Alan) Egmer of Vandalia, eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Services to honor his life will be held on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior. He will be laid to rest at Sumnerville Cemetery following the services. Pastor Ed Slate will be officiating the Services.
