Terry James Bolle, 65 years old, of Niles, died on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013 at his home after an eight month long battle with colon cancer. He was born August 11, 1948 in Niles, the son of Lavern J. Bolle and Bernadine (Fay) Bolle. Terry worked as a machinist at Stryker Inc., in Kalamazoo, MI. He retired in 2010.

Terry was first married to Mary Jane Brewer of Decatur, Mich. On Nov. 2, 2013 he married his long time companion, Randy Griffin. She survives along with his son Timothy J. (Sara) Bolle, of Edwardsburg and two grandchildren, Jena and Taylor Bolle of Edwardsburg. He is also survived by his sister Deborah (Steve) Buzzard of Niles and two brothers; Stanley (Rita) Bolle of Niles and Randy (Lisa-Hayes) Bolle of Edwardsburg. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Terry was a member of the American Legion of Edwardsburg Post 365, the Edwardsburg Conservation Club, and the NRA. He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, gardening and leather crafting.

Visitation for Terry will be on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, 26863 West Main Street, Edwardsburg, Mich. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013 at 10 a.m., at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Rd., Granger, Ind. Officiating will MSGR. William Schooler, pastor of the church. Family and friends may gather at the church for one hour before the 10 a.m. service. Burial will follow at Smith’s Chapel Cemetery, Redfield Rd., Niles, MI.

The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Edwardsburg Conservation Club, 26524 Pine Lake Street, Edwardsburg, MI 49112.
