Eddies open up division play with win over Rams

SOUTH HAVEN — A 20-point first quarter helped visiting Edwardsburg to a 52-29 Wolverine Conference West Division victory over host South Haven Friday night.

The Eddies (2-0, 1-0 West) increased its advantage to 30-14 by halftime and 42-18 heading into the final quarter.

Savannah Dixon scored a game-high 14 points for Edwardsburg, which included four 3-pointers. Alexis Blake added 11 points.

South Haven was led by Bobbie Goodwin’s 11 points.
