Oral history series concludes Thursday

The last of the Oral Histories told at the Edwardsburg Museum is today at 7 p.m.

The special guest will be Bob Lane. Lane has a long history in Edwardsburg and a special part of the business scene.

This year the four oral histories have provided a wealth of information about Edwardsburg.  Carl Burger, Birdella Holdread, Ray Smith and this final interview have given a glimpse of the more recent history, especially in the business area.

Burger is still farming, Birdella is contributing to the community with her presidency as of the Edwardsburg Board of Education, Smith as the retired hardware man and now Lane, a small business owner.

The public is invited to this last lecture. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
