To the editor:

There were streets in the township of Niles, I and others felt, that did not need a makeover.
I live in the Oak Manor area, where our streets and sidewalks are in really bad shape. Also, the lighting is poor.
After heavy rainfall, the water stands in the streets and doesn’t drain off.
We pay our taxes as do others. So why can’t our problems in the Oak Manor area be taken care  of?
Where is all the money going that is supposed tohelp take care of this problem?
