Benefits planned for Niles resident fighting leukemia

Two fundraisers are planned for Leader Publications employee Lindsey Cloutier, 30, of Niles. Lindsey is fighting leukemia.

Below is information for each event:

• Oct. 26 — There will be a Halloween-themed “Fright for Lindsey” 5K & Bone Marrow Drive at 9 a.m. at Brandywine High School. Donations are $20 and will benefit Lindsey. • Nov. 13 — Olfactory Hue Bistro will be holding an Amish Chicken Dinner Benefit, proceeds to go to help Lindsey. The $20 dinner includes four pieces of broasted chicken, creamy amish noodles, green beans, coleslaw, dinner rolls & chocolate chip cookies. Purchase tickets at Olfactory Hue or call (269) 687-0880.
