David R. LaBine, 59, of Dowagiac, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, following an illness. Arrangements are pending and have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles and Mission Hills Memorial Chapel.
