Charles “Chuck” William Baker, 83, of Niles, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 22, 2013 with his family by his side.

A memorial service to honor Chuck’s life will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Niles.
