Linda Faye (Davis) Brock, 69, of Niles, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 12 at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Niles to Frank H. and Betty J. (Hoskins) Davis.

She attended Niles High School and enjoyed time spent with the class of 1962. On Sept. 11, 1961 in Santa Ana, Cal. Linda married Ronald D. Brock.

Linda’s husband son, and grandchildren were her life.  She loved all things found in nature. Linda was an avid rock collector and loved ladybugs.  She was a constant reader and researcher of family and world history. Incredibly gifted, she painted, sewed, and designed many beautiful creations, including the family Christmas cards.  Linda, also known by all as “Dodger,” will be forever in our hearts.

She is preceded in death by a son Todd Edward Brock in 1980, her father Frank H. Davis, Jr., her bonus father Howard Rosenhagen, her sister Sue Ann Lundy and many beloved family members.

Linda is survived by her husband, high school sweetheart, and best friend Ronald, her son Timothy (Jamie) Brock of St. Joseph, mother Betty Rosenhagen of Niles, grandchildren Zachary (Courtney) Brock of Carmel, Ind., Dakota Brock of Austin, Tex., and Payton Brock at Indiana University, sister Cindy (Jim) Chaney of Berrien Springs, nephew Andrew Wheeler of Berrien Springs, brothers Alan (Sherri) Rosenhagen and Scott (Laura) Rosenhagen, brother-in-law Les Lundy aunt Vi Bookout, all of Niles.

Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s memory to Hospice at Home, Inc. 4025 Health Park Lane, St. Joseph, Mich. 49085.

A time to celebrate Linda’s life will be held at Brown Funeral Home on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
