KALAMAZOO – The winning streak for Plainwell ended at the Wolverine Conference Jamboree hosted by Comstock at Eastern Hills Golf Course.

But for Three Rivers’ Holly Hines, the beat goes on.

The host Colts edged the Trojans by two strokes (188-190) to capture the fifth league jamboree of the season, Plainwell had captured the previous four events.

Hines shot 41 to win her fifth consecutive medalist title.

Three Rivers finished third with Allegan taking fourth, South Haven fifth, Otsego sixth, Vicksburg seventh and Dowagiac eighth.

Madison Proshwitz led Dowagiac with a career-best 47, which tied for fifth best score on the day.
