The man who fell from a fifth-floor balcony at Silver Beach Hotel in Saint Joseph on Saturday, Aug. 31, has been identified as David Ginter, 38, of Hebron, Ind.

No foul play is suspected, Robert Banasik of the Saint Joseph Department of Public Safety reported Monday night.
