Tea Party town hall Tuesday night

Berrien County Tea Party Patriots will be holding a “Cardboard Cutout” Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 27 at the Grace Christian Center, 683 Maiden Lane, St. Joseph, from 7-8:30 p.m.

The town hall is being sponsored by the Berrien County TEA Party Patriots, SW Michigan TEA Party Patriots, Cass County TEA Party Patriots, VanKal Tea Party, Berrien Conservatives, Berrien ProGun, and Berrien Family Values Coalition, Michigan Conservatives, Campaign for Liberty and Freedomworks.

The Town Hall will provide a platform for citizens of the Sixth District to speak their concerns and receive responses from a conservative view point from those moderating the event. State TEA Party leader Todd Courser will also be addressing the group.

The event will be recorded.

Refreshments will be served after the meeting.
