Three area police agencies will partner to provide traffic safety for a television commercial to be filmed in the Berrien Springs and Baroda area on Friday for GoRVing.
The filming will take place along the St. Joseph Valley Parkway (US-31) from exit 3 to exit 13 between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.; E. Snow Roadd from US-31 to Mt. Tabor Road from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Mt. Tabor Road from 2-3 p.m.; Hills Road to Singer Lake Road and W. Lemon Creek Road from 3-3:30 p.m.; and at Warren Dunes State Park from 3:45-5 p.m.
While none of the roadways will be closed, police agencies will utilize a rolling lane closure for the filming with some slowing of traffic.
While filming on the local two-lane roads, advance police units will signal on-coming drivers to pull over to the right until the film crew passes.
Berrien Springs-Oronoko Township police, the Berrien County Sheriff’s Department and Baroda-Lake Township police will provide traffic safety during filming.
