Local runners fare well at races

SOUTH BEND — Niles’ Jonathan McCrea finished fourth in the Running Wild 5K Run and 3K Fun Walk Saturday.
Paul Nottoli of Napperville, Ill. was the overall winner with a time of 18:11. Katie Tuttle of South Bend was the first female across the finish line with a time of 20:17.
McCrea finished with a time of 19:15. Matthew Morrow and Luciano Villegas, both of Niles, were fifth and sixth respectively with times of 19:21 and 19:41.
Edwardsburg’s Tod Wyckoff finished 29th with a time of 22:17, while Cassopolis’ Todd Collins was 46th with a time of 23:43.
Dowagiac’s Heather Wilt was 206th with a time of 40:15.
Sophie Campbell of Niles captured the 14 and under division with a time of 26:11. Austin Balos of Niles won the boys 15 to 19 division with a time of 21:05. Villegas was the 20 to 29 division winner.
CFS 5K For 5 Ways To Care
STEVENSVILLE — Brandywine standout Michael Robbins finished second at the CFS For 5 Ways To Care Run Saturday.
Lucas Copi of St. Joseph was the overall winner with a time of 17:21.
Alli Tuckowski was the women’s winner with a time of 23:23.
Robbins posted a time of 18:56.
Dowagiac’s Donald Symonds finished 27th with a time of 27:10.
