Annette L. Rogers, 56, of Mauston, Wis., died May 18, 2013, in Madison.

She had been a housekeeper at Chula Vista in the Wisconsin Dells.

Surviving are: two daughters; two sons; a sister, Susie (LG) Popp; five brothers, Mike Charles and Paul (Sue) of Dowagiac, Willis (Paula) of Niles and Steven of Hartford.

Cremation has taken place. Burial will be later in Union Cemetery.
