To the editor:

The staff at Ballard Elementary School would like to take this opportunity to thank our PTO.
These parents do so many things “above and beyond” to create a positive learning environment for all of our students.
They spend hours of their time volunteering in classrooms, organizing field trips and planning special activities for our school family.
They find a way to encourage our families to be actively involved in their children’s education, work hard to make guests feel welcomed and help beautify our school.
Ballard students and staff are extremely grateful for our PTO.
