The Niles High School graduation ceremony for the Class of 2013 is set for 7 p.m. Thursday at the high school football field. In cast of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside to the high school gymnasium.
There are 215 students scheduled to graduate this year. Of those, 190 have been accepted into a university or college, 13 will be attending a trade school and seven will be joining the military.
Niles High School student Gavin Croom will welcome those in attendance.
Student speakers are valedictorian Erica Haimbaugh, Jessica Lafler and Elizabeth Hein.
Michael Waldron, school board president, is scheduled to speak and read the names of the graduates. Student Alex Gamso will assist Waldron in reading the names.
Student Sarah Cramer will present the Class of 2013 gift and student Eva Nemeth will lead the tassel ceremony.
Niles High School is located at 1441 Eagle Street, Niles.
