Brandywine swept by Bronson

BRONSON – Host Bronson swept the Brandywine baseball team 6-4 and 15-5 Wednesday afternoon.

In the opening game, the Vikings scored two runs in the first, fourth and sixth innings.

Brandywine managed single runs in the third and seven and two runs in the fifth.

Kyle Duncan was 2-for-4 with a double, a triple and two RBIs. Cole Searles had two hits and drove in a run.

In the nightcap, Duncan was 3-for-3 with a double. He also drove in two runs. Searles and Brock Hartline both drove in runs.

Matt Vaughn took the loss for the Bobcats.
