Camma S. Meloy, 42, of 8119 Saint Joseph Road, Fort Wayne, Ind., passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013, at 4:33 p.m., at Parkview Hospital Regional Medical Center of Fort Wayne, after a sudden illness.
Camma was born on Sept. 16, 1970, in Monticello, Indiana, to Ralph and Vicki (Oberlander) Capes. She was raised in Argos, Indiana and graduated from Argos High School with the Class of 1988. Camma then attended cosmetology school in Fort Wayne and received her license in 1989. She had been living in Fort Wayne for the past two years. Camma worked at Bob Evans Restaurant on the east side of Fort Wayne.
Camma is survived by her two sons; Hunter Meloy and Gunner Meloy, both at home in Ft. Wayne; her father, Ralph Capes of Argos; her mother, Vicki Capes
Oberlander of Plymouth; her sister, Kris Sarratore of Niles, Michigan; and her fiancé Chris Phillips and his son, Spencer Phillips both of Fort Wayne.
Visitation is Thursday, March 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Van Gilder Funeral Home, 300 W. Madison St., Plymouth, Ind., 46563. Services will be held March 28 at 7 p.m. at Van Gilder Funeral Home. Cremation will take place.
