Niles defeated by Kalamazoo Central

KALAMAZOO – The Niles girls basketball team finished the regular season 0-20 after falling to host Kalamazoo Central 53-34 Friday night.

The Vikings were outscored in the first half 28-10. The Maroon Giants only held a 25-24 advantage in scoring in the second half, but it was too late for Niles.

Libby Moody had 14 points for the Vikings, who face host St. Joseph tonight in the opening round of the Class A District Basketball Tournament.
