PAW PAW — Once again the Dowagiac girls basketball team had trouble putting together two halves of basketball.

The Chieftains (0-19) trailed Paw Paw 18-14 at halftime but was outscored 30-6 in the second half as the Redskins posted a 48-20 Wolverine Conference non-divisional victory Wednesday night.

Crieona Rodgers had six points to lead the Chieftains.

Kaelin Lambert had 14 points and Hollee Kubiszak 12 to lead Paw Paw.

The Chieftains will host Comstock tonight in their regular season finale.
