Merl Jackson, 68, passed away at Lakeland Community Hospital in Niles, Mich., on Feb. 12, 2013.

Merl was born in Silverlake, Ind., on Dec. 20, 1944.

He is preceded in death by his father John F. Jackson, his mother Ocie Stanley, and seven siblings.

He is survived by his two daughters, Theresa Speer and Kathy Zonyk, his sister Imogene Caudill, his Granddaughter Raven Roberts along with six other grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at 255 N. Philip Road Niles, Mich., 49120.
