Percy C. Brown, 90, of Dowagiac, passed away at Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013. A time of visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, from 10 a.m. to noon with funeral services beginning at noon at Mission Hills Memorial Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home of Niles.
