Kathleen S. Day-Albaugh, 60

Died: Jan. 29, 2013

Kathy’s life began on May 15, 1952, in Mishawaka, Ind., the daughter of Donald and Phyllis (Kronewitter) Day.

Kathy had been employed as an administrative assistant for several companies in the area and also worked during golf season at the Notre Dame Golf Course on the grounds crew.

Kathy enjoyed bird watching.

Her loving family includes: her brother, Dennis (Carol) Day of Dowagiac; her sister Donna (Sam) Freet of La Paz, Ind.; and nieces and nephews, Donald Day, Jenny Freet, Jerry Freet and Jesse Freet.

Kathleen passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the Center for Hospice Care in South Bend.

Her parents precede her in death. Her family will gather with friends on Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. at Yazel and Clark Chapel to celebrate her life.
