The Niles-Buchanan YMCA will host a Community Winter Preparedness Day in collaboration with the American Red Cross in celebration of Martin Luther King Day.  The public is invited to participate in this event held at the YMCA from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Supplies to build basic first aid kits will be provided by the Red Cross along with discussions about preparedness kits.

Two presentations about Hurricane Sandy and Winter Preparedness will be at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
