Robbery suspect caught on tape

Police have released this image of a suspect in recent break-ins in Berrien and Cass counties.

CASSOPOLIS — The Cass County Sheriff’s Office and the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office are looking for any help in identifying subjects involved in two break-ins that have occurred at convenience stores within the two counties.

From photos obtained from video surveillance cameras in both stores it is apparent one of the suspects is wearing a very specific style jacket.

Stores that have been broken in to are:

• Mills Grocery on Sunset Boulevard in Union on Nov. 6, 2012.

• Dale’s Minimart on North 5th Street in Niles on Nov. 7, 2012.

Each burglary occurred after the stores closed.

Both sheriff’s offices are asking for any information that could lead to the identification of this subject and/or their accomplices.
