Officers from the Cass County sheriff’s office investigated a personal injury crash  Thursday at the intersection of Pokagon Highway and Dailey Road in La Grange Township.

Berrien Springs resident, Kathleen Latour, 77, was east bound on Pokagon Highway when another vehicle pulled out in front of her. The second vehicle was driven by a Niles resident, Fay Miller, 68.

Both parties were taken by ambulance to the hospital for evaluation and treatment. Seat belts were used, and alcohol is not a factor.

This case remains under investigation. Assisting were the Central Cass Fire Department, Life Care and Pride Care Ambulance services.
