A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the return of two dogs missing from Pokagon Township.

Cass County Animal Control Director Michael Grice said the two family pets, a neutered bull mastiff named Samson and a female pit bull terrier named Sable went missing or were stolen on Sept. 29 from Hampshire Road.

Grice said Samson is reddish-tan with a little white on his chest.

Sable is described as light tan with white on her paws.

Both dogs are known as people-friendly.

Grice is seeking the community’s help in locating these canines, which were still AWOL Monday afternoon.

If you know their location, contact Grice at (269) 445-3701 or by email at mikeg@cassco.org or go online at www.ccso.info to remain anonymous.

Animal Control is a division of the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
