Brandywine third at own invitational

The Brandywine boys cross country team finished third at its own invitational Saturday.

Constantine captured the Brandywine Invitational championship, while Berrien Springs was second. Both teams scored 62 points. The Bobcats finished with 78 points.

Kamren English of New Buffalo was the individual champion with a time of 17:29.

Michael Robbins led Brandywine with a fourth place finish and a time of 18:05.

Concord won the girls team title with Berrien Springs finishing second. The Bobcats finished seventh.

Allison Zacharski ran 27:06 to place 27th for Brandywine.
