Maureen “Moe” (Martyn) Carr passed away peacefully on Oct. 12, 2012, in her home in Buchanan.

She was born in Chicago on Sept. 17, 1955, to Dr. Norbert and Diane Martyn. She was a dear sister to Tom and Michael Martyn and loving spouse to Ron Carr. She was a graduate of Evergreen Park High School, Loyola Dental assisting program and very active in the Miss Buchanan festivities in her hometown.
