Stephen Kent Fuller, 58, of Barron Lake Road, Niles, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at his home unexpectedly, but of natural causes.

He was born Oct. 26, 1953, in Niles to Orville Eugene and Katherine Berniece (Young) Fuller. He was a lifetime area resident and attended Brandywine Schools.
Stephen was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam era. He enjoyed practicing survivalist activities.

He was a sheet metal worker for Dayco Industries and was formerly employed by Quality Glass and Mondineer in Niles.

On Aug. 25, 1978, in Niles, Stephen married the former Rebeccca V. Ehas, who survives.

Also surviving are sons, Tyson Kent Fuller and Thomas John Fuller, both of Niles; stepchildren, Brandy Renee Bybee, of Napoleon, Ohio, and Joshua Shea Bybee, of Virginia; grandchildren, Nykoma and Brea Elledge and Dakota Jenkins. He is also survived by brothers, Dennis Fuller, of Buchanan, Robert Fuller, of Wilcox, Ariz.; and sisters, Patricia Novacek, of Indiana, and Audrey (Richard) Manigold, of Niles; and several nieces and nephews.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Thomas Fuller.

The family will gather privately for services Monday, Oct. 15, at the Veterans Memorial at Silverbrook Cemetery with military honors provided by the U.S. Army Honor Guard and the American Legion Post 51, of Buchanan.

Contributions in memory of Stephen Kent Fuller may be made to the animal shelter of choice.
