To the editor:

It was “A Bad Year for Tomatoes” but a great night for theater!

Beckwith Theatre’s final production for the year is a delightful and family-friendly comedy.

Myra Marlowe, a famous actress, decides to get away from  Hollywood and take a year to write her autobiography but her desire for peace and quiet is thwarted by a collection of zany neighbors. A very talented cast brings these characters to life and provides a lot of laughs. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Call 782-7653 for reservations.
