SOUTH BEND — The Edwardsburg volleyball team defeated host South Bend Riley 25-19, 27-29, 25-18 and 25-23 Monday.

“Alexis Blake had the game of her life,” Edwardsburg coach Chrissy Breisch said. “She had 19 kills with only two errors. Midway through the fourth game she had 18 kills and 0 errors. She had smart shots and power shots. She kept the defense guessing and go in their head.”

Edwardsbug lost to Onstead (25-18, 25-19), to Bronson (25-14, 25-8), beat Hillsdale (23-25, 25-11, 15-11) and lost to Sturgis (25-20, 22-25, 15-12).
