The Niles soccer team dropped a 2-1 non-league decision to visiting Bridgman Thursday.

The Vikings’ lone goal game from Samuel Rodts.

Niles outshot the Bees 9-5, but could not find the back of the net.

Ryan Casey had seven saves for the Vikings.

“We came out flat,” Niles coach Dave Jacobs said. “Bridgman definitely wanted it more than we did. By the time we started to play in the second half it was too late.”
