Dowagiac earns third tennis win over Wildcats

THREE RIVERS — Visiting Dowagiac swept the doubles flights to pick its third win of the season Wednesday.

The Chieftains defeated host Three Rivers 6-2 in Wolverine Conference West Division action.

Dowagiac split the singles flights with Marc Tyrakowski and Austin Jackson picking up wins.

Only three of the doubles flights were contested on the court as the Wildcats had to forfeit at No. 4 doubles.
